Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it. As a realtor, Kito's top priority is to help families realize their dream of owning a home. His fondest memories are those of client's children running through a recently sold home picking out their rooms and the expressions on his client's faces when they have found that perfect home.
