Kito was born and raised in Michigan, where he received a bachelor's in social studies with a minor in education from Spring Arbor University, along with being awarded a varsity letter for his excellent athletic capabilities. He is the proud father of a daughter, Kaydia, who is soon to be Texas State student. Since moving to San Antonio, they have embraced the community and thrived in it. As a realtor, Kito's top priority is to help families realize their dream of owning a home. His fondest memories are those of client's children running through a recently sold home picking out their rooms and the expressions on his client's faces when they have found that perfect home. During his first year in real estate he helped over twenty families achieve that goal. Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Daniel spent time both in the hospitality industry and as a licensed mortgage officer assistant. Daniel credits his time in the hospitality industry for his passion and appreciation for customer service and the importance it plays in his real estate career today. Shortly after moving to San Antonio, Daniel earned his Texas Residential Mortgage Loan Originators license. After working as a Loan Officer Assistant, Daniel realized his interest was in real estate and not mortgages. After high school, Daniel went onto study business and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University (St Paul, MN). Daniel with his beautiful wife Bethany, and their dog Stu, moved to San Antonio in August 2018 after Bethany accepted a job offer with Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital as a Register Nurse.
