Susan was born and raised in the rural Burton area of Washington County on a small cattle ranch and is a graduate of Burton High School, Blinn College, and Texas A&M University. Susan grew up in the country and in the construction business with a contractor/father and spent many weekends and summers doing all kinds of work, from roofing to painting, fixing fence and feeding cattle. After college, she worked two years at UT- Austin then returned to Washington County and learned to build cabinets. For the next five years, she designed, built and installed custom cabinetry. She obtained her real estate salesperson license in 2006, and her Broker's license in 2010. Susan bought the company in January 2022 from Roger Chambers.

I am proud to say that I am a lifelong resident of Washington County and the Brenham area. I have been a full time realtor since 2006. Real estate has been my only career and I could not imagine doing anything else. I LOVE my job!! I attended Blinn College in Brenham and Texas A&M University. I joined Two S Realty in 2011 and was the Top Producer in 2012. I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers have a smooth and easy transaction and take away the stress of buying and selling property. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful daughters, Natalie and Olivia, who are 6th generation Washington County residents!! When I'm not busy working on negotiating contracts or looking at pictures of homes you can catch me Chasing a toddler around outside, riding backroads in my husband's jeep (which terrifies me to drive because it's a stick shiftyikes), or probably ordering something off of Target or Amazon! When I am not working on real estate, you can find me with my husband and our five children (yes, you read that right, 5!). Although almost all are grown-up and have moved away from home, being a mom is a never-ending role. From camping to taking family trips, our time as a family is so important. I am known for being a warm, dedicated, hard worker with a little bit of hilarity up my sleeve. I love animals, I even worked on a horse breeding farm and moved to California right out of high school for my job!
