I was first licensed as a Texas Realtor in 1992 shortly out of college before starting a lengthy career in property claims. I started real estate investing in 2007 acquiring multiple single-family properties, which I personally managed for several years. In 2016, I reinstated my license and began helping friends with real estate transactions part-time while still handling claims. The knowledge gained in claims adjusting business gives me a slight edge in evaluating the property and for having a really good idea of what the cost are for getting properties restored or updated.
