Joan Oelze is a top-producing broker associate and specializes in both primary residences and multi-family investment properties. She has a special love and understanding of older homes and has the experience to guide customers through the purchase or sale of these specialized properties. About the older homes and neighborhoods, she says, "Transitioning urban neighborhoods can differ greatly from area to area, and even from block to block. If you are considering buying or selling an older home, make sure your agent has the experience to guide you through these very specific transactions. Of course, I hope it's ME, but if it's not, make sure the agent you pick has this kind of experience."
