Meredith Levine earned her B.A. in French at Yale University and her J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin, and was the founder and broker-owner of Friendswood-based real estate brokerage Levine & Co., which joined Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty in August 2020. As a real estate broker, Meredith has spent years working with individuals and families as well as attorneys, guardians, institutional trust departments, executors and administrators in the listing and purchase of real estate. She approaches each transaction with a client-centric focus which, when combined with her extensive experience, makes every real estate transaction as seamless as possible.

Meredith's leadership background means she is practiced at advocating for her clients' best interests in the ever-changing world of real estate. She prides herself on serving as a trusted advisor, answering all questions honestly and clearly, as well as engaging in deep discussions around client needs to solve their unique issues.

Meredith's expertise in the greater Houston real estate market was built on the wide knowledge base she gained during her career as a commercial litigator with a nationally recognized law firm she draws on this experience to provide responsiveness and diligence during every transaction. In addition to over a decade of experience as a Texas Realtor, Meredith holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. An active volunteer, she served for six years on the Board of Directors of the Houston Volunteer Lawyers (the pro bono arm of the Houston Bar Association). She has also been a member of the Board of Trustees at Ascension Episcopal School in Briargrove Park and was a community representative on the Principal's Shared Decision-Making Committee at Harvard Elementary School in the Heights.

Currently, Meredith serves as a City-appointed Director of the West Ranch Management District, as the Vice President/President Nominee of the Friendswood Rotary Club, and as a Den Leader with Cub Scout Pack 1965 of the Sam Houston Council. Outside of work, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their three children at football games, musical theater productions, and ballet performances.

From the time she was a child, she was constantly moving, and constantly learning. Since that time, she has overcome challenges, achieved ambitious goals, and lived through a fire, freeze, hurricane, and flood. Caitlyn grew up in Central Texas, raised with her mother and two grandmothers as strong female role models in her life. All three of these women had Master's Degrees, and worked in education, so learning and advancing were always top of mind. She enjoyed doing her part to turn each house into a home, and as a result, she developed a strong talent for home decorating and design. It was no surprise, then, that when she was just 18 years old, Caitlyn bought her first home while simultaneously attending college at Angelo State University. She eventually earned her own Master's Degree in Agricultural Education and Communication at Texas Tech University, and went on to teach math for two years before deciding to pursue her love for real estate.

On the very first day that she began her real estate career, she gave birth to her daughter, Charley, forever marking that day as significant on many levels. In addition to being ecstatic about motherhood, she immediately knew she had found her career path, too. She received multiple certifications and awards throughout the next decade, and became one of the youngest Presidents to serve on the Bastrop County Board of Realtors at just 31 years old. Her zest for real estate was fueled by her instinct for helping families to locate a maximum lifestyle of luxury, no matter their position in life. Today, Caitlyn assists growing families & empty nesters in the Texas Gulf Coast area to locate and market a home more suited to their changing needs. She's involved in the community through volunteering in her daughter's high school volleyball program. She has already achieved one goal on her bucket list, which is owning a vacation home on the water, which she visits frequently with her family.
