Greg Flaniken is a native of the area graduating from Brazosport High School in 1971 and from the University of Houston with a B.B.A in 1975. He has completed numerous classes in real estate specialties, including appraisal, property management and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. He has served on the Brazoria County Appraisal District's review board, the Velasco Drainage District, past president of the Brazoria County Board of Realtors, Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, past president of the Freeport League, trustee for Brazosport Memorial Hospital, director for Brazosport Medical Clinic and numerous other local organizations.

Debbie Isacks has been selling real estate since 1999. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the local MLS and HAR MLS. Her market territory includes the Brazosport area and the surrounding areas of Angleton, Columbia Lakes and the water front communities. She also will sevice the Pearland area for special clients.

Horace Lemons has been selling real estate since 2002 and earned his GRI in 2009. He is a member of hte Houston Association of Realtors and the local MLS. His market territory includes the Brazosport area and the surrounding cities of Angleton, Brazoria, Sweeny and West Columbia.

Randy Abercrombie has been selling real estate since 2005. He is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and the local MLS. His market territory includes the Brazosport area and surrounding communities of Angleton, Sweeny, West Columbia and Brazoria. Prior to working with Greg Flaniken & Associates Randy was a site manager for Unocal and has valuable resources available for clients needing help with offshore servicing facilities.

Marisol Diaz has been associated with Greg Flaniken & Associates since 2005. Marisol is fluent in English and Spanish. She has had her real estate license since 2007 and not only lists and sells property but also is our Property Manager.

Victor Juarez has been a licensed realtor selling real estate since 2006. He is fluent in Spanish and English and his market territory includes the Brazosport area and surrounding communities of Angleton, Sweeny, West Columbia and Brazoria. Victor graduated from Brazosport College and is also a Chemical Technician with Dow Chemical.

Eva Lopez has been associated with Greg Flaniken & Associates since 2008 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2010. Eva is fluent in both English and Spanish. She has 6 years experience in residential and commercial property management division and has been actively listing and selling real estate since 2010. She made the transition from property management to full time listing and selling in 2014. She works with buyers and sellers in southern Brazoria County and also has listings in Bay City. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and their MLS services and the Brazoria County MLS services.

Norma Hernandez has been associated with Greg Flaniken & Associates since 2013, but has been a licensed real estate agent since 2009. She works in the residential and commercial property management division, but also actively works with sellers wanting to list their real estate and buyers who need help locating their home or investment property. She is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and their MLS services and the Brazoria County MLS service.
