After graduating Lamar High School and the University of Texas in Austin Zach and his wife Suzan raised their family in Northwest Harris County while running their catering business (Zach Shack) for the last 38 years Suzan left the catering business twelve years ago to become a Surfside Beach House specialists ( real estate broker).
