    Real Estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Widowed when I was 4 months old, my 29-year-old mother (following in her late father's footsteps) began selling real estate. For me, this meant spending my childhood going with her to real estate offices, going on showings, and helping to stamp envelopes and pass out flyers. By the time I was 10, she was a broker who had opened the first of 3 offices of her own with my two older sisters among her agents. In 1986, I also followed in the family's footsteps. I was licensed at 19 years old and began working at Century 21 Livable Homes in the Southbelt Area of Houston. Real Estate is home for me...not just because it's in my DNA, but because it allows me to follow my dream of helping others achieve theirs and live their best life.

    I am a 3rd generation Houston native with over 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Houston-Galveston real estate market working alongside some of the region's prominent real estate professionals as a Broker's Assistant, and has been licensed to sell real estate in Texas since 2010. I am very experienced in the Houston-Galveston real estate industry.

    From 2017 to 2021, I worked closely with hundreds of local small business owners to help them promote, grow and rescale their businesses by assisting them with their short-term commercial leases through Texas Trade Days, a small-business and community market. This specialized niche has provided me an opportunity to assist over 500 clients per year, on average, with their underserved business real estate needs in which I also worked closely with government and private property owners and managers.

    After the pandemic, I reorganized KM Parker Enterprises LLC to provide my community-valued real estate services to a greater portion of my communities for them to have more options and opportunities available for their residential real estate needs.

    During my 2-year process of reorganization, I have continued my education and training through local REALTOR associations and colleagues in which I also obtained the National Association of REALTORS Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation and Commitment 2 Excellence (C2Ex) endorsement, and the Houston Association of REALTORS Consumer Safety and Security Specialist designation.

    In addition to my real estate education, I graduated among honors with an Associate of Arts, General Studies with a Physical and Environmental Geology and Business focus from San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas; completed an additional 46+ college credit hours tailored to enhance my knowledge and skills to better serve clients such as Art History, Communication, Business, Philosophy, and Psychology through the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree program at the University of Houston - Downtown, as well as successfully completed the basic law enforcement curriculum created by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and the TCOLE state licensing exam.
