Mercedes was born in a General Roca, Patagonia, Argentina, but has called Houston home for the past 5 years. She appreciates the unique needs of an international newcomer as well as the uncertainties all home buyers and sellers face and is adept and approaching their working relationship with warmth and sensitivity.

She speaks Spanish and English and can communicate in Portuguese as well.

Mercedes has worked in sales for over 15 years. Before entering real estate, she worked as a customs broker. Her experience built a solid foundation of skills from communication to public relations, organization to management.

Mercedes is married with three wonderful children. She says, “My husband and my kids are my inspiration, but my greatest influence has been and will be Jesus.” She is a member of CrossPoint Community Church, school PTA and homeroom mom, a member of Museum of Fine Arts of Houston, and a Girl Scout volunteer. She enjoys yoga, running, and escaping to the beach every weekend she can.

Native Texan, Brian Gerdes graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After graduation Brian began a 7-year career in banking and gained an in depth understanding of residential and commercial financing. With a background in credit underwriting, property valuation, and the residential construction process, Real Estate was a very natural transition for Brian. Brian has a great appreciation for property ownership and finds it rewarding to help people with such an important transaction.
