Alicia began her career in real estate in 2007. She first became motivated to get her license following a very poor experience with an agent she used for a previous home purchase. Throughout the process she felt uniformed and was left to stumble through the process alone. How could this be she wondered? The purchase of this home was such a big event in her life and yet she felt like she was just a number to the agent she had hired to represent her. She knew right then that it could be done better. Way better! And doing it better became her motivation. All these years later her motivation has only grown stronger. I have been an active Developer & Builder in Crystal Beach since 2009 and have built well over 60+ homes on the peninsula. In October 2018 I was awarded Sales of the Month for my Broker Firm. My hobbies include my children & grandchildren, soccer, baseball, fishing & hunting. I also enjoy riding my Harley on weekends and I have also participated in over 9 5K runs this year.
