I have been an active Developer & Builder in Crystal Beach since 2009 and have built well over 60+ homes on the peninsula. In October 2018 I was awarded Sales of the Month for my Broker Firm. My hobbies include my children & grandchildren, soccer, baseball, fishing & hunting. I also enjoy riding my Harley on weekends and I have also participated in over 9 5K runs this year. As a Contractor of Landscaping and Irrigation for over 40+ years, I also was a contractor for swimming pools and builders for over 20 years as well. This has given me the knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and ability to answer any questions a client may have without having to use the common response "I will have to get back to you on that," since I have the knowledge base on all levels of building. I have always had a deep interest in the real estate industry and always wanted to be a Realtor throughout life. Now my dreams have begun to also start helping my clients start their dreams with a home they desire.
