Hi, my name is Scott Yao. I have been living in the United States since 1987. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, I am also a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, and Medical Sociology. When I was living in Indiana, I developed a passion for marketing and real estate after having multiple interactions with some of the top real estate agents in Indiana. Fascinated with the idea of becoming a REALTOR®, I registered for and completed the required real estate classes and was in the process of taking my state licensing exam when I received a job offer in Texas within the medical field. At that time, in 2018, I moved to Texas and currently live in Sugar Land, just southwest of Houston. Nevertheless, my interest in real estate never wavered, so I followed that dream and became a licensed REALTOR® in Texas.

What makes real estate so special and fascinating to me? Largely, it is because I get to have a chance to meet and interact with many people from different places and cultures, especially in our widely diverse Greater Houston area. Getting to know my clients' needs, desires, and styles when it comes to buying or selling, providing outstanding service, and earning their trust is something that I always look forward to. I love to help and assist my clients with all of their real estate endeavors, and being a key part of that process to assist them in finding a home that they love is something that I find very rewarding.

I GET IT Robyn is the daughter of an Air Force pilot and has lived in over 30 homes, which means she has a unique sensitivity to the process of moving homes. She also owns several investment properties, which has provided a rich knowledge-base for her investor clients (whether experienced or first-time investors).

SHE EVEN HAS A FAMILY Robyn and her husband Alvin have four sons and 3 grandchildren. They just got the last one out of college, which they have termed #PayRaise2018. More important than those kids and grandkids is Tank and Bella, their Bulldog and French Bulldog. Tank and Bella make the world a better place. Alvin is an avid golfer (but not a good one). Alvin denies it, but his golf bets (none of which appear to ever have been won) have provided much better lives for everyone in their golfing community.

From establishing a graphic sales company to assisting in the family owned business, Terry understands the need for distinctive real estate representation. A native Houstonian, Terry grew up in the Briargrove Park area while attending Duchesne Academy. After graduating from the University of Arkansas, she moved to Sugar Land and opened a graphics design and photography business which she ran for over 20 years. Terry’s family was the original owner of Brenner’s Steakhouse in Houston and through that association and many others, she is well connected to all parts of this wonderful city. Terry and her husband moved to Katy nearly 10 years ago, raising a daughter and son. As one of the top rated master planned communities in Texas and the nation, Terry and her family were drawn to Katy and all the many amenities the city and community had to offer. Terry joined Coldwell Banker United in 2014 and strives to gain top accolades within the company. Currently she is working on real estate transactions from $50,000 to $2 million.
