Chris has lived and worked in the Houston area since 1995. He has lived in the Clear Lake, Kingwood, Klein and Katy areas of Houston. He understands how to listen to the client, meet their particular desires and navigate the market. He started his time in Houston in the education field, teaching for 21 years. Chris understands how schools work and what really goes on in a school. With his background in education, Chris knows where the good schools are located.

Chris is certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative or ABR. Additional certifications include ePRO and Social Media Pro (SMP). His college experience includes a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station and a Masters of Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Chris is an experienced landlord with multiple properties. He has been very successful in the past with helping prospective tenants find a new home, regardless of their credit history. He also knows how to work with new home construction having personally purchased 5 new single-family homes.

I was born and raised in Venezuela. I got an Industrial Engineering degree, and I worked in the industry for a few years. My husband and I moved to Houston, Texas in 2007. We had two girls, and we have been blessed to raise them in this wonderful and multicultural country. I dedicated myself to being a full time mom, but little by little I realized that I liked the real estate environment. So, I studied hard, and I got my certificate as a Real Estate Agent in 2019. Since then, I have continued studying to be able to help all those families in the best way, to achieve the greatest of dreams, owning a house. In 2015 I acquired my real estate license and 4 years later won the sales lender award in Katy, Texas with Better Homes, and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene. As a child in Germany, I was adopted by a military American family. I began to understand early on the value of family and the role a family's first home purchase can play in their growth and development. I recently found my 6 siblings in Germany, we made the wonderful trip to meet them. I would love to share my amazing story with you. Susan Schroder possesses invaluable, first-hand understanding of the challenges faced by families relocating either domestically or internationally. Originally from Dallas, Susan has lived in Atlanta, Danbury, Pittsburgh, and Dubai, where she lived for 3 years with her husband and kids. Susan and her family moved to Houston in 2008. Prior to her real estate career, Susan was a flight attendant who flew domestically and internationally for 17 years. "I have experienced how international relocation affects families, both positively and negatively," she says.

Honest, trustworthy, and tenacious, Susan treats her clients with the utmost professionalism and always delivers excellent service. She is level-headed and even-keeled, doesn't fluster in challenging situations, and imparts her sense of calm and control to her clients to lessen their stress.

Susan credits her father with instilling her values of hard work, honesty and respect for others. "He owned his own business for 40 years and many of his employees worked there for more than 30 years. I have learned so much from him, especially about how to deal successfully with other people and build long-term relationships.

The Katy area is home for Susan, her husband and their teenage son and daughter. Her volunteer commitments include volunteering at her children's schools, advancement chair for her son's Boy Scout troop, and membership chair for his choir booster club. When not working, Susan enjoys reading, exercise, tennis, and Tae Kwon Do. She and her son both earned their Tae Kwon Do black belts together in 2014.
