Christopher Roe

Christopher Roe or "Chris" is an experienced, thoughtful and passionate realtor. Chris has the skills and knowledge necessary to meet the best interests of the client.

Chris has lived and worked in the Houston area since 1995. He has lived in the Clear Lake, Pasadena, Kingwood, Klein and Katy areas of Houston. He understands how to listen to the client, meet their particular desires and navigate the market. He started his time in Houston in the education field, teaching for 22 years. Chris understands how schools work and what really goes on in a school. With his background in education, Chris knows where the good schools are located.

Chris's college experience includes a BS in Construction from Texas A&M University in College Station, a Masters of Education from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and a Law Degree (JD) from Southern University Law Center. An ABA accredited law school. 

Chris is an experienced landlord with multiple properties. He has been very successful in the past with helping prospective tenants find a new home, regardless of their credit history. He also knows how to work with new home construction having personally purchased 5 new single-family homes.

Chris lives in the Katy area. When not working, he enjoys attending church and spending time with his wife Dava and his daughter, Emily.
