I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us.

First of all we are a husband and wife real estate team.  Brent was born and raised in Waller and had always wanted to move back here. In 1992 we purchased some land in northeast Waller County. We began clearing our property on the weekends, setup a travel trailer, and would come out every weekend. It became harder each time we came out to go back to Houston. 

Brent had always been interested in real estate and decided that that would give us the opportunity to work and live here. So in 1999 he became a licensed real estate agent, talked me into it in 2003. In May 2019 I earned my broker's license and we opened our real estate office, Red Dirt Realty Group, LLC in June 2019. 

We have never regretted our decision to go into real estate. We have had the opportunity to meet some great people, show and sell beautiful ranches, homes, acreage, even beach properties. Real estate is never boring and every deal is different, unique, offers challenges, but always rewarding. 

Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. As a proud member of the Waller County Land Company, Kim carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service into everything she does. Timothy Phelan is the Owner – Broker of Waller County Land Company. Waller County Land Company was founded by Timothy in 1985 in Waller, Texas. Due to growth in the area he opened a second office in Hempstead in 1991. The 3,000 sq. ft. facility in Waller is custom designed for real estate brokerage.
