Timothy Phelan is the Owner – Broker of Waller County Land Company. Waller County Land Company was founded by Timothy in 1985 in Waller, Texas. Due to growth in the area he opened a second office in Hempstead in 1991. The 3,000 sq. ft. facility in Waller is custom designed for real estate brokerage. Both offices are fully staffed to handle all of your real estate needs including residential, commercial, unimproved property, farms and ranches. Licensed as a real estate professional since 1983, Tim graduated in 1977 from Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science with major in accounting. Waller County has been home to Tim and his family since 1982. Very involved in his community, Tim has served as past president of the Waller Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Waller County Board of Realtors and past president of the Waller County Economic Development Partnership. He has also served as past president and is currently serving as treasurer of his neighborhood property owner’s association.
