I am a fourth generation native Houstonian. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I started my career as a marketing & communications project manager. I draw from this background in my dynamic approach to home sales which includes professional photography, video, detailed descriptions and print marketing.

I owned my first home at the age of 26, which my father and I built together. My pursuit of the masterpiece home has continued since with additional new construction and renovation projects. My passion is imagining what a piece of real estate can become. As a Realtor, I supply the guidance and resources my clients need to create their vision of HOME. Originally from Ohio, I have now lived in Texas for over 20 years. I hold a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Information Systems. However, Ralph's indomitable spirit saw him through, leading him to pursue higher education at Prairie View A&M University. Initially majoring in Agriculture, Ralph's aspirations took a turn when he discovered a profound passion for community and family engagement during his tenure as a Social Worker.

Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Ralph furthered his education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.

1995 was a pivotal year for Ralph. Purchasing his first home not only marked a personal milestone but also ignited his interest in real estate. He quickly recognized the potential in the industry and embarked on a career as a real estate agent with Christie Realty. His dedication and prowess were evident as he emerged as the top producer for eight consecutive years, selling over 380 homes.

In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. His reputation as a top producer in the Houston area was further solidified through accolades from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.

Ralph's journey, from his early days in the U.S. to becoming a revered real estate broker, is a testament to his resilience, dedication, and unwavering integrity.
