Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, Ralph furthered his education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Sociology from Prairie View A&M University.

1995 was a pivotal year for Ralph. Purchasing his first home not only marked a personal milestone but also ignited his interest in real estate. He quickly recognized the potential in the industry and embarked on a career as a real estate agent with Christie Realty. His dedication and prowess were evident as he emerged as the top producer for eight consecutive years, selling over 380 homes.

In 2001, Ralph's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish Discovered Homes Investment Inc., where he transitioned from an agent to a broker. His reputation as a top producer in the Houston area was further solidified through accolades from the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR). This success story became a family affair when his wife, Nike Ojo, left her position at the Harris County Tax collector's office to join him in his venture.

Ralph's journey, from his early days in the U.S. to becoming a revered real estate broker, is a testament to his resilience, dedication, and unwavering integrity. He firmly believes in and lives by the principle, "Never sacrifice integrity for growth," a mantra that has guided him in serving thousands of families in the community.

Raphael Ojo started his real estate career with Christie Realty in 1996. He was consistently the Top Producer of that organization between 1996 and 2001.

He established Discovered Homes Investment, Inc in July 2002 to assist low to medium income families become homeowners. Since then he has and continues to achieve these goals and has put a smile in the face of many families.

Ralph was a top producing Realtor in the HAR community in 2005. Our company is well staffed with Realtors and Loan Officer from different ethnic backgrounds that are ready to serve our community.

DHI, Inc realtors have grown to be one of the top realtors in the Houston and surrounding area and Ralph Ojo has been a big contributor in making it happen. He is currently a member Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

I can handle all aspect of properties including BPO's advertising, cleanout, re-key, sales, winterization, repair estimates, maintenance, landscaping, evictions and rehab of the properties.
