As a previous Montessori Teacher and owner of a business, Melanie enjoys the feeling of satisfaction in providing a service of value. Melanie has had the opportunity to live in several states before calling Texas home. As the spouse of a marketing executive, she and her family relocated multiple times.

Melanie brings her personal experience of buying and selling a first home, existing home, new construction, and custom build to her clients. She connects and understands first hand, the needs of the family or individual relocating to or away from this area.

Melanie is skilled and trained in staging and marketing homes, securing and analyzing market research as well as meticulously overseeing contract negotiations. Melanie has earned designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Expert as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert. She routinely takes classes, attends workshops, and receives coaching on the use of technology, marketing strategies and real estate data. Melanie is an active member of several local and national organizations including Keller Williams Luxury International, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), and the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) Fort Bend.

Outside of selling real estate Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters.
