My love for real estate, construction and team spirit started as a boy in Germany. I built a two-story clubhouse for my friends and me at our local adventure playground. My love for Texas was sparked by the TV show 'Dallas'. Because of this, I became an exchange student in Copperas Cove, Texas. I attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on a soccer scholarship and graduated with a double degree in Economics/Finance and Marketing. I moved to Houston in 1994.
