Holding multiple real estate industry related licenses including Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant and Texas Real Estate License, experienced real estate professional and owner of NextHome Realty Center, Jeff Riley, brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial transaction and property tax consulting experience. In 2002, Riley began his real estate career representing Texas property owners in reducing millions in property tax liability for Texas taxpayers. Jeff Riley segued into residential sales, with RE/MAX Professional Group, and in 2008, was awarded Rookie Sales Agent of the Year for the entire RE/MAX of Texas Region. This accomplishment was delivered along with the 100% Club Award followed, in 2009, with the Executive Club Award. After only 8 short months, with RE/MAX Professional Group, Jeff Riley established ]Riley Realty Group as a team of 5 agents and became a multi-million dollar producer. Jeff Riley launched his first brokerage, RE/MAX CityView, in September of 2008. With the real estate market crash in 2009 and 2010, Riley decided to launch Premier Property Advisors, a real estate division of Premier Property Tax allowing his team to redirect their focus on advocating for Texas property owners in disputing over-valued property tax assessments.
