In addition to the traditional education required for licensing, Tonya also has a background in Residential Mortgage Origination and New Home Sales. Tonya earned her MBA from the University of Houston - Downtown in August 2016 and a Masters Studies in Law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2021.

Tonya's passions include continuous learning, traveling, cooking (food & wine), gardening / landscapes, child advocacy, programs for seniors, and taking steps for a healthier life. Tonya has earned the prestigious GRI designation and is also working toward several others in both residential and commercial real estate. Tonya is currently builing a real estate team to broaden her capacity for assisting the masses.
