When I was a little girl, my grandfather told me one of the most important things I ever learned. Honey, always buy land. God isn't making any more of it! (Yes, Honey is my real name!)
Real Estate is in my blood. My Mom is a real estate agent, and I married into a family of real estate developers and realtors. But I promised my husband I would wait until our kids were in high school until I pursued my goals in real estate. My youngest started high school and I hit the ground running. That was a little over 8 years and almost 150 Million ago in sales!
When I was very young, I couldn't wait for Sunday drives with my Mom to look at houses after church. I would study each home carefully and decide what I liked and what the homeowners should do to make the home sell faster! And I also remember the joy and excitement when my family moved to a new home. My siblings and I ran around choosing our rooms, then I began to decorate mine! Helping to turn a house into a home and handing over the keys to the new family is one of my favorite parts of real estate!
I'm also a business person. I have a fierce tenacity to dream big and finish strong, I meet every challenge head on, and, and I have surrounded myself with a team of people who share the same value system.
