I began my career working as a Small Business Collection Specialist in various banking institutions. The previous years I worked for Amegy Bank of Texas and BBVA Compass Bank in Small Business Banking and Collections. With over 15 years of experience I gained knowledge pertaining to the economy, housing market and the overall credit and collections industry.

I would later combine my passion of helping people and knowledge from banking to become a unique and highly creative Realtor.

Scott Deaton lives in Montgomery, Tx and is the son of 2 retired Texas public school teachers. After graduating high school in the north Houston area, Scott proudly served for four years in the United States Marine Corps earning the rank of corporal. In 1995 he made the decision to leave the military and immediately went to work for a small oilfield service company. Starting from the very bottom he relied on a tremendous work ethic, the ability to learn quickly, exceptional communication skills and a true desire to serve others. Scott climbed the ranks very quickly and has held operations and sales roles from entry level to senior management for companies such as Weatherford and Schlumberger. He is married to Mrs. Cathy who was born and raised in Conroe, Tx and together they have 5 children ranging from 4 to 20 years old. Meeting, working with and helping people from all over the world helped steer Scott towards studying for and obtaining his real estate license. Having the personal experience of buying and selling several homes himself, he knows first hand how important it is to have a knowledgeable, trustworthy resource to partner with in the process. Racheal was born and raised in Montgomery County. She believes relationships throughout the community are important. Her family has deep roots to the city of Conroe. A fun fact is that her grandmother, Mary McCoy is still a DJ on the local radio station K-STAR Country and is a Guinness Book of World Records holder as the longest woman DJ on air to this day! Racheal became a licensed Realtor in 2022 and says "being a real estate agent is a way for me to serve the people in my community and the people moving to our community. Homes and property are an intimate part of people's lives and to be apart of assisting someone in finding a home, selling a house or investing in a property is an honor." Racheal's experience in customer service and serving at the locally owned and well known restaurant Vernon's has helped her to continue and to build relationships in one of the social hubs for all Conronians.
