Kim has been a part of the Keller Williams family, based in The Woodlands, for over six years. A native Texan, she has called The Woodlands and Montgomery area home for 12+ years and is married with four grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Kim is active in various community efforts, and is a proud part of Boys & Girls Country in Hockley and their valuable dedication to children in crisis. She is also happy to be working with Decmyroom.org, an organization helping children within the Texas Medical Center and Shriners Galveston by creating a happy, healing environment while they await life-saving treatment. I grew up in Chicago and graduated from Loyola University. I have also lived in Louisiana, Florida and Texas. I first relocated to The Woodlands in 1996 and currently reside there along with my wife and two children.

I retired from government service several years ago after having served in an executive law enforcement position within the United States Department of Homeland Security.  I understand the challenges of buying, selling and leasing property having been relocated many times during my previous career.  I am committed to making your experience as pleasant as possible and to provide you with the highest level of ethical service

Hi I'm Demetra from Amite, La, but Houston, TX has been my home since 2002. I'm an awesome wife to James, and a wonderful mother to my two kids, Kamaury and Serenity. I'm full of love and smiles, known to be honest and trustworthy, but I'm straight forward when needed. I truly care for people and I'm a true believer of building relationships and not just transactions. I love to travel, (that's probably why I married a truck driver), however sitting next to an ocean is my favorite thing to do. I enjoy reading and entertaining, but there's something about music that just takes me away. I also enjoy southern cooking when I'm in the mood. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm certified in Special Education. Although, education has been my background for many years, I'm ready to use those same skills as a real estate agent. Originally from the Alvin/Pearland area, I now live in Spring, Texas with my husband, 3 kids and our rescue dog Elmo. When I am not assisting my clients, I enjoy cheering my kids on at their sporting events and boating on Lake Conroe.

Originally from the Minneapolis suburbs, Bethany grew up in a family- operated custom home building and remodeling firm. The Straub's are proud to call The Woodlands home, so much so, they convinced Bethany's parents to move her after they retired in 2022. Bethany also enjoys walking her dog, Mattis.
