He's an experienced agent who knows the lay of the land, and did a great job of helping me find my home within a series of strict parameters. I wanted a new construction, 2 story, 4 bedroom home with a flat driveway, natural gas, and no backyard neighbor, all within a safe area that had minimal traffic, but was still close to the city. He moved quickly and delivered on every single one of my requests and found exactly what I was looking for, no compromises required, and all within my budget. This was especially impressive, considering I purchased during the spring 2021 boom, when options were very limited and it was nearly impossible to be choosy. Steven also has the added advantage of decades of law enforcement experience, and he brings the critical thinking skills and insights learned from his work into his evaluation of properties, salespeople, builders, and the quality of their homes. He walked through my build multiple times with me to ensure that the builders were using the proper materials and practices that I paid for, which as a first time home buyer, was very helpful.
