After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for their family to live.
