Jay was born and raised in Honolulu Hawaii, and relocated to The Woodlands, Texas in 2008. He obtained his license to sell real estate in the state of Texas in 2009. Jay and his wife Mickela, along with their three sons Jackson, Jameson, and Captain are very happy to call The Woodlands home. They feel extremely fortunate to live in such a family friendly community. Jay represents buyers throughout the Houston area, and is considered to be one of the best buyer specialists in Northern Houston, The Woodlands, and Lake Conroe. Jay's drive to help his clients find their perfect home as well as his passion for a challenge endears him to his clients and keeps them coming back time and time again.

Three Generations of Real Estate ... Some things are just in your blood! My grandparents stressed the importance of owning rental properties with my father, who owned his first rent house at the age of 26. He then encouraged my mother to obtain her real estate license. She became a broker/owner of an agency, managed multiple rentals and served on various boards. Following in her footsteps, I obtained my license in 2007. Initially, I worked part-time while raising two small children. I now work in real estate full-time and enjoy spending time with my husband and children, who are now at Texas A&M. An occasional game of golf, walking to Market Street, visiting family, and traveling help to keep me balanced.

With a strong desire to help people, I enjoy working with sellers as they transition to their next phase in life, as well as assisting buyers or tenants in finding their perfect home and community. These resources allow me to easily monitor transactions and critical dates as well as provide support for issues that may come up during the process. Kasie Clement is a REALTOR® associate with the COCO Realty Group at CB&A, Realtors. As a resident of The Woodlands for over fifteen years she has a vast knowledge of the area. Kasie focuses on building relationships with clients through trust, loyalty, and commitment, all values she learned during her 20 year career as an educator and coach. Kasie is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, where she was recruited to rebuild the university's women's basketball team. She finished her college career as the all-time leader in points, steals and assists. After college she moved to Colorado to begin her coaching career and rebuilt the women's basketball program at Aurora Central High School where she became Coach of the Year. Kasie is motivated, determined and driven. Together with her husband and three children they find time to explore all that life has to offer. Kasie loves backyard bar-be ques, hiking, snowboarding, lake life, traveling to new places and meeting new people. Her travels have taken her all over the world and although she is a Missouri native Texas holds her heart. Kasie is committed to her clients by educating the buyer, seller, or investor through the buying and selling process.

Drawn from my own experience of never-ending international and domestic moves, I was fascinated to learn about real estate. My personal experience also taught me that every real estate transaction is unique, just like every person. Keeping communication open, being available, and advocating for my client, are the things that set me apart. Above all, I treat every sale as if it was a purchase or sale of my personal home. I understand that buying and selling a home is an important decision, and I will use my passion to help my clients make the best choice.

I have 20 + years of experience as a business professional working with domestic and international companies. I am analytical, meticulous, and possess a strong work ethic. I was born in the Montgomery County area where I also married and raised a family. I have sold and bought homes as a consumer and understand the importance of education, guidance, and customer service a realtor should offer to his/her clients.
