After graduating with a degree in Human Development from the University of Kansas, Jenny came to Houston to launch Houston Achievement Place, a residential treatment facility for children and families with special needs. Taking the same love for helping others, she began a new career in 1994 as a sales professional with two different national homebuilders. Working with developers, architects, designers, and construction, she helped complete seventeen Woodlands communities. Jenny was consistently honored over the years as a multi-million- dollar producer by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Houston Area. In 2007, selling over 21.7 million in homes, Jenny was nominated for the prestigious PRISM award for the second time in her career. In 2008 Jenny left new home sales to join Tory as a Realtor and, combining strengths and passion for making a difference for families, together they created The Hearn Team. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Jenny found it extremely rewarding helping past clients and new clients will all their real estate needs. First time home buyers, empty nesters, relocation and move-up buyers, all are equally important to her. Working with both buyers and sellers, her goal is to make the real estate process seamless. In her spare time, Jenny volunteers as a court-appointed advocate for foster children, enjoys gardening, cooking and family time with her husband, four adult children, four grandchildren and two dogs.

Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 by the Greater Houston Builder's Association, Constance's work ethic has earned her recognition by her peers and clients alike.

During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. She further developed her knowledge and career by joining Toll Brothers, America's largest luxury homebuilder, in 2013, where she assisted clients in Kingwood, The Woodlands and Woodson's Reserve, with homes ranging from the 500's to over 1.3 million.

Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She also regularly volunteers for her local PTO board and various non-profit organizations.
