Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Constance Willis has been calling the Houston area home for over 20 years. The daughter of a custom homebuilder, Constance inherited the keen sensibility to understand what clients desired out of their homes, as well as the homebuilding experience. This knowledge spearheaded her successful career in New Home Sales for the past 15+ years with two of the nation's most respected and recognized homebuilders. Nominated for Salesperson of the Year in 2019 by the Greater Houston Builder's Association, Constance's work ethic has earned her recognition by her peers and clients alike.

During her 8 years at David Weekly, she guided dozens of families in Imperial Oaks and The Falls through the building process, with prices ranging from 130,000 to over 400,000. She further developed her knowledge and career by joining Toll Brothers, America's largest luxury homebuilder, in 2013, where she assisted clients in Kingwood, The Woodlands and Woodson's Reserve, with homes ranging from the 500's to over 1.3 million.

Constance has been married for over 20 years to her husband, David, a Professional Engineer working for one of the largest global innovators in power generation and distribution. During their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their young daughter.
