I attended Texas A&M University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in English. I then received a Master of Education degree from Lamar University. I began my career as a local high school English eacher before transitioning to a school librarian and then real estate agent. As an educator for over 20 years, I am very knowledgeable about local schools and the surrounding school districts. Moving and selling two of my own houses within a six-month period inspired my passion for real estate. This passion, coupled with my knowledge, hard-working spirit, attention to detail, and organizational skills has allowed me to serve The Woodlands residents in the home buying/selling process. I take great pride in being a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker United and providing exceptional service to all my clients. When not helping home buyers/sellers, I spend time with my husband, daughter, and two chihuahuas. My family enjoys traveling and especially loves cruising! Tim ONeill has been licensed since 1991 and has major experience everywhere from Lake Conroe to Houston and west to Fort Bend County. He is very knowledgeable in both commercial real estate (including leases) and all aspects of residential real estate (including new construction).

Tim worked in the Lake Conroe area until 1996 when he was hired to help build sales in the Fulshear development of Weston Lakes. He sold lots and acreage along with assisting clients in finding the best builder for their criteria. He also was very successful in resale homes, new construction and large acreage tracts.

Since 2002 he has been concentrating on the commercial side of real estate and has done a plethora of commercial transactions, both leases and sales. At the same time he has maintained his residential client base. His preference is to work with buyers, whether they are commercial or residential, and provide them with the best service possible. Honesty, integrity and accessibility are a hard to beat combination.
