Precious obtained her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Science Education from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and served the students and community of Humble ISD as a science educator for several years. As an educator, she quickly learned how to serve and meet the needs of a widely diverse people.

In real estate transactions, Precious still considers herself as an educator. She maintains an in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of the market and ensures her clients are aware and educated of all the key factors through their transactional process so that they can make informed decisions. Precious and her husband have a toddler son who keeps them busy and on their toes. Together, they enjoy visiting parks, eateries, traveling, and serving at their church. She loves teaching the youth and adults at her church about the word of God and building their faith. Together, they also enjoy watching the Astros baseball team hit "home" runs.
