Calvin, a southern California native, has always had a passion for Real Estate, but he was never able to pursue the career full time because of the demands of being a small business owner. When the opportunity became available to sell his business and move to Texas, he seized it! Cavin has an extensive background in renovations and project management, and he can turn a fixer-upper into the nicest home on the block! This ability, coupled with a passion for learning all aspects about Houston's area real estate, has provided him with valuable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing his listings. Calvin brings over 10 years of experience in real estate where he provides excellent customer service, and a commitment to diligently work, listen, and follow through for every client. Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for his family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset. Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty! His goal is to help folks like he was helped.
