Damon Palermo

Damon Palermo is Managing Principal of Palermo Corporate Real Estate Advisors and Partner of Five Star Real Estate Services. He has worked primarily in The Woodlands and North Houston Corridor for the past 30 years. Damon's focus is solely on client-centric representation. Rooted firmly in the principal's real estate consultancy and brokerage background, he combines local expertise and knowledge with a rare set of broad-based real estate disciplines. Damon has received the Houston Business Journal Landmark Award Finalist 2006 for Best Headquarter Move (Huntsman Corporation), Associated General Contractors' APEX Award Winner 2006, and was the first professionally designated member of the coveted SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) in Montgomery County. He also received the prestigious 2012 and 2018 CoStar Power Broker Award which recognizes the achievements of individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in their respective markets. Damon holds a Master's Degree in Land Economics & Real Estate and Bachelors of Science Degree from Texas A&M University.
