My name is Payal Patel and I am Realtor with Keller William Professional since 2021. I hold a degree in Engineering from India and came to the United State in 2005. Since then, I have been engaged in family businesses, as such as Comfort Suites, Sleep Inn & Best Western hotels. In 2013, I branched into the daycare business, and developed The Goddard School. I was the owner operator, and oversaw the day-to-day operation including financial, accounting, employees and marketing. I love the challenge of helping people find their own home. It is art that usually requires a skilled professional and a passion that drove me towards real estate. In my spare time, I volunteer at the BAPS temple in Stafford, Texas, and spend my Sundays to worship God and thank for all the blessing. Before joining Gary Greene, I earned a degree in Accounting and gained experience as a business professional. Throughout the years I've bought and sold several residential and commercial properties. Living overseas and relocating back to Texas has given me experience in relocation services. All of this experience in property buying and selling is ultimately what sparked my interest in Real Estate.
