Born here in Houston Texas, July 29th 1981, I have lived here all of my life with the exception of one year in upstate New York. I am a product of the city Spring, graduating from Klein High School in 2000. Upon graduation I attended Jr. College where I was very involved in the theater. I took up bartending to help get me through college. I decided I would turn my love for meeting new people, and ability to sell into a new career.
I began working at Cingular/AT&T Wireless as a sales consultant. gone through extensive training in Dallas Texas, came back to be placed in one of the highest revenue stores in Houston, while being supervised and trained by the top sales representative in the South Texas region. Selling my way to the top, I received several awards and recognition and was later recognized and credited for selling the largest phone transaction in the south district of Texas. I believe one of the most important things I learned in my telecommunications career was learning to listen to what people have to say, and then translating this information to determine people’s true wants and needs in a transaction.
While experiencing all of the challenges and excitement at Cingular/AT&T Wireless, I came across a wonderful couple, one a loan officer and the other a real estate agent, who told me, "if you can sell phones as well as you do, maybe you should try selling homes.” Needless to say I pondered the thought, obtained my license, and haven’t looked back since.
