Before becoming a realtor, Linda worked in the legal field for many years as a legal assistant, legal secretary, and a paralegal. She worked in firms that specialized in corporate law, patent law, environmental law, and probate and estate planning.

Fernando was born and raised in Houston, TX. I received my Real Estate License in May 2007. I've been happily married for 33 years and have three adult children. I also have three beautiful grandchildren who are cute as can be. During my career, I've made significant contributions to the real estate field. I initiated a mentor-training program with my previous broker in December 2015, which grew substantially over time. The program expanded to include 12 mentors and over 400 students, demonstrating my leadership and mentoring skills. My dedication and success in the mentorship program led to my promotion to the role of Director of Mentorship. I managed the overall process of the mentor program to ensure agents had the tools to be successful in their real estate business. As the VP of Training and Mentoring at Next Trend Realty, I'm very excited to join this organization and look forward to making us a great success in our real estate business.

Alisa Parsons has been a resident of the Houston area since 1980, moving to South Montgomery County in 1995, and has witnessed the area population triple in size and understands the climate of change in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Shinece is a dedicated, spunky and down to business agent who started out in the Property Management Industry; working as a Leasing Consultant and Assistant Manager over 10 years ago. She also worked as an Assistant Manager at a Homeowner Owner Association. She brings knowledge of contracts, marketing and ample customer service experience. She has never faced a challenge that didn't intrigue her. She gives her all in everything she does, and takes pleasure in being able to help others.

The U.S. Senate voted on Wednesday to give homebuyers another three months to settle on their contracts and take advantage of a popular tax credit that sparked a rush of activity in the housing market. The Senate, with a vote of 60-37, accepted an amendment by Democratic Leader Harry Reid that extends the closing deadline to Sept. 30 for buyers who met the April 30 deadline to have a signed contract. The current deadline requires buyers to close by June 30 to get the $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers. Existing homeowners buying a new primary residence are eligible for a $6,500 credit.
