After retiring in 2014, from a 33 year career teaching and coaching in Magnolia ISD , I joined the wonderful world of real estate. Being a life long resident of the Magnolia area, I have valuable knowledge of the local schools, subdivisions, public facilities, and all that makes up the various communities in Montgomery and surrounding counties. I bring all of this knowledge to my clients as I help them find their dream home, or assist them in selling their home. In 2018, we moved to Normangee, TX approx. 75 N of Magnolia. So, I now have a broader area to help you find whatever you are looking for.
I married my high school sweetheart 42 years ago and we have two daughters and 2 grandsons and one granddaughter. We have enjoyed working, playing and raising our children in the Magnolia area and now enjoy chasing the grandchildren around in the Normangee area. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and fluent in Spanish, Rosana has lived in Houston since 2000. Rosana's son Gabriel Abram was born in 2014 and she describes him as "The love of her life", her greatest motivation and the one who inspires her to be a better human being. Rosana focuses on listing and selling property throughout the Northwest area.
