Rosana Williams

With her extensive experience in marketing and sales, providing excellent customer service is Rosana Williams’ number one priority and, if you asked her to pick one word to describe her strongest asset in delivering it, that word would be “responsible.”

In an endeavor to always be at the top of her game and provide the best possible service to her clients, she has earned her Broker’s license as well as numerous professional designations including as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Shortsale and Foreclosures Resource (SFR), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Rosana was drawn to real estate by her abiding interest in homes and people. Still, through her previous career, she developed extensive communication, marketing and organizational skills that clients value and appreciate.

Levelheaded but sensitive, Rosana is persistent when it comes to helping clients through the buying and selling process. She approaches each transaction by listening, asking questions and then helping her clients explore all of their options. She really wants to understand their needs, always seeks feedback, and then responds with the best solution to ensure she keeps meeting and surpassing their expectations.

Rosana says that “keeping focused, overcoming obstacles, and persevering toward the end goal are special characteristics of my work habits.” Conscientious, honest, tenacious and reliable, she insists on doing things right the first time and her integrity is unparalleled.

Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and fluent in Spanish, Rosana has lived in Houston since 2000. Rosana's son Gabriel Abram was born in 2014 and she describes him as "The love of her life", her greatest motivation and the one who inspires her to be a better human being. Rosana focuses on listing and selling property throughout the Northwest area.
