Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State. Upon graduation Katie took a position at Bettencourt Tax Advisors in the residential division. In her spare time Katie actively volunteers at her daughter's school and their church, Salem Lutheran. She enjoys rodeo and anything horse related.
