Over the past three decades, Carole has pursued her twin passions of real estate and helping individuals achieve their dreams. It was in the early 1990s when she first delved into the world of real estate, uncovering the path to personal wealth through property investments. Her journey began with a multi-family home, and since then, she has been blessed to acquire, develop, oversee, and successfully sell multiple properties in Harris, Montgomery, Nueces, and Walker Counties. These ventures have included diverse real estate types, such as land, new residential builds, custom homes, vacation condos, and most notably, the custom-built home where she currently resides with her husband. Carole firmly believes in making the process of buying or selling a home stress-free for her clients. As a professional, she is exceptionally responsive, trustworthy, and possesses extensive knowledge of the real estate market. Sarah has grown up in the Montgomery County area and moved to the Lake Conroe area 5 years ago. She graduated from University of Houston-DT and became a school teacher. After teaching in the Spring and Aldine School districts, she decided she wanted to challenge herself in a new career. Sarah became a real estate agent and went to work for Blake & Associates Realty. She wears many hats at Blake & Associates Realty and has gained tremendous experience from her mentor, Jeff Blake. She has gained experience in residential real estate, commercial real estate, rentals, property management, and much more. Sarah has a knack for advertising and marketing real estate. She is a motivated self starter who is enjoying her new venture and never backs down to a challenge.

I have been very involved with the Lake Conroe and Montgomery County real estate markets for many years. I can say with confidence that Montgomery, and in particular Lake Conroe, are fantastic places to live.  There has been a Baudat in this area for 6 generations and counting.  My great grandparents settled here in 1910, and my family is still proudly calling this area home.  To say the least, we have seen some changes.  In the last 20 years we have seen fantastic growth on Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. We have great school systems, shopping, and a great variety of sporting activities, including boating and golf.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2007. I have been a licensed broker since 2016 in the state of Texas & Florida. My Brokers license-AREP, HAR, TAR, NAR & TREC memberships attest to my particular area of expertise. I specialize in the listing and sales of residential properties, throughout my community. I am a native Houstonian. I have lived in Conroe, Montgomery County for my entire life. I have watched it grow and develop and become "Houston's Official Playground". I am especially drawn to the diversity of Montgomery County.I attended Sam Houston State University and studied Fine Arts. I am a very level headed, conscientious, sensitive, honest, dependable and caring individual. I also specialize in furniture restoration, and home staging.
