I have been very involved with the Lake Conroe and Montgomery County real estate markets for many years. I have over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.That experience, coupled with my long family roots in the area, allow me to be uniquely qualified to assist you in selling your real estate.

I can say with confidence that Montgomery, and in particular Lake Conroe, are fantastic places to live.  There has been a Baudat in this area for 6 generations and counting.  My great grandparents settled here in 1910, and my family is still proudly calling this area home.  To say the least, we have seen some changes.  In the last 20 years we have seen fantastic growth on Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. We have great school systems, shopping, and a great variety of sporting activities, including boating and golf.
