Native Houstonian Sande Ferguson brings an enviable portfolio of experience to her career as a residential Realtor at Fitzgerald Properties. A Realtor since 1991, Sande entered the business from a ten-year career in the fast-paced advertising world, which proved to be an excellent training ground for the real estate process.

“In the ten years that I spent in advertising, I became very consumer-oriented and team-oriented, always keeping an eye on the big picture,” Sande says. “I still work that way and it’s incredibly applicable to residential real estate sales because of the number of people involved in the average real estate transaction.”

Sande has a knack for viewing each transaction from the client’s point of view as well as through the prism of her own extensive knowledge and experience. She keeps the client and herself on the same page, focused on what’s important, and ready to move to the next step.

The incredible diversity of selling real estate in Houston keeps Sande excited about her career. “People, properties, tasks, issues – in the hundreds of transactions in which I’ve participated, no two have ever been remotely similar. The mechanics of the process may be the same but what happens between start and closing always holds unique challenges. It keeps me on my toes.”

Sande grew up in West University and graduated from Mirabeau B. Lamar High School. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority and earned a BBA degree in marketing. Sande spends as much time as possible with her eight great nieces and nephews to whom she is devoted. “There is nothing more exciting to me than watching them grow and evolve into strong individuals with their own interests and passions. They are each so very special and I am blessed beyond words to have them in my life.”

A lover of sports, especially Longhorn football, and the outdoors, Sande enjoys a range of activities from tennis to sailing to gardening. She half-jokes that her rescue pets, dachshund Cam and Miss Kitty, are teaching her Zen meditation. “They are always firmly rooted in the moment and teach me by example to do the same,” Sande says. “I am a slow but dedicated and persistent student and they are patient and loving teachers.”

Tiffany has as an agent in Fort Bend Area for over the past 25 years. She has worked on Top Producing Teams for the past 20 years. The teams ranked Top 10 & 20 Teams in Houston and received many awards including the Top Producing Team, Hall of Fame, Re/Max Diamond Club, Platinum Club, Lifetime Achievement, Top 100 Team of Texas and various other awards. Fourth generation Houstonian Caroline Keeland Harrison is the daughter of a well known home builder and granddaughter to a prominent Houston architect. Growing up looking at blue prints and visiting job sites inside the loop made her well versed in the benefits and joys of the wonderful neighborhoods Houston has to offer: Boulevard Oaks, Southampton, West University, River Oaks, Montrose, and the Heights just to name a few. Through these lifelong associations she has developed a keen eye for design, quality construction and the location of a home.

Caroline attended Edgar Allen Poe Elementary, Sydney Lanier Middle School and Episcopal High School. From there she went to the University of Texas in Austin where she was a Studio Art Major (focus on Photography) and a member of the sorority Pi Beta Phi. After a brief stint in Manhattan, she gravitated back to Houston... She spent the first few years learning the business from the ground up with some of the top agents in the field. From real estate basics to hands on experience and exposure, Caroline trained in all categories of the industry.

A fourth generation Houstonian, Sarah grew up in Tanglewood and attended The Kinkaid School. Upon graduation, Sarah chose the foothills of Santa Barbara, California for college. She returned to Houston in 2009 and began working for world renowned Houston restaurateur Tony Vallone. Sarah quickly became an invaluable asset to Mr. Vallone but wanted to transition into real estate.

Real estate was a natural fit for Sarah. She started as a licensed assistant to Top Producer Cathy Cagle in 2010.

Working for Cathy, Sarah honed her skills and became experienced in all aspects of real estate - from relocation to assisting buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and at all price points. She quickly developed a reputation as one of the top assistants in Houston and developed a name for herself amongst the real estate industry and the Houston community. Sarah also represented her own clients and she and Cathy have been Top Producers every year.

Sarah and her husband Scott live in the Heights and are actively involved with their community.
