Mary Hale has been a member of the University of Texas Health Science Center Development Board for more than 25 years. She serves on the UT School of Nursing Partner Board, Medical School Advisory Council, Chancellor’s Council, and Medical School Scholarship Committee, and belongs to the Faculty Wives. Mary Hale raised the first $3 million for the laboratory for The Brown Foundation Institute of Molecular Medicine for the Prevention of Human Diseases (IMM) and co-chaired the first IMM capital campaign.

Always a strong supporter of education, the arts and culture, Mary Hale is a member and past chair (10-year tenure) of The Menil Collection Development Committee and founded “Who R U,” an annual, art-focused Halloween party for young parents and children. In a separate project, she worked with Art Spaces to raise funds from Houston foundations and individual donors for the Elder Street Lofts.

As board member and leader of the development committee for Friends of Neighborhood Libraries (FONL), Mary Hale was instrumental in raising the essential funds toward the property purchase and new building for the expansion of the Looscan Library in 2004.

Mary Hale is a board member of the Museum of Health and Medical Science and Friends of Smither Park, and is an advisory board member of the Asia Society, Houston. Her associations include memberships in Rice Design Alliance, Friends of Fondren Library, The Shepherd School of Music, The Junior League of Houston (sustainer), The James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy, and The Ima Hogg Ceramic Circle. She is a supporter of Workshop Houston. Mary Hale is a former board member of Houston Ballet, Christ Church Cathedral Vestry, and The Garden Club of Houston, and served on the Rice University Centennial Committee in 2012.

Misty Meredith is a Realtor at Douglas Elliman and selling the exclusive Mondrian and The Sophie at Bayou Bend. Misty has over 18 years in the Real Estate industry and over 12 of those years focusing on condominium sales. Originally from Texas, Misty has had the opportunity to sell in several markets spanning from Texas to Georgia. Misty has been on the sales team for 16 new construction/conversion projects to date has received awards for her customer service and sales while maintaining her ranking as the top producing agent at the projects she has been involved with. In her career, Misty has been recognized as top 100 agents in the state, top 10 in sales within her company and to this day, Misty is one of the industry's leaders in the condominium market.

He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers In America in the area of real estate law for multiple consecutive years, and has been named by Texas Monthly as a Texas Super Lawyer for 17 straight years.

A native Houstonian who traces his roots to his grandfather emigrating through the Port of Galveston in 1904, Sanford serves on the Board of Directors of the Rothko Chapel. A world traveler who has visited over 70 countries (and climbed to Mount Everest Base Camp), he is also a Houston Astros season ticket holder and lifelong fan.

Houston native Amy Greene obtained a Communications degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a concentration in Business in 2004. Prior to Real Estate, her professional history includes Event coordination, Private Equity, and Interior Design. Her colorful resume emphasizes her passion in business, design and real estate.

Amy previously worked as an event coordinator for a large event facility and design company based in Dallas, TX, coordinating hundreds of national and local events. For a change of pace, she joined the Lehman Brothers Private Equity Fund of Funds team in Dallas, TX as a Marketing Associate in 2005 and remained with the company through the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy and subsequent buyout. She continued with the successor company, Neuberger Berman until 2012.

Returning to Houston in 2013, Amy decided to explore her passion for interior design and enrolled in classes pursuing an Interior Design degree. When she received a recruitment call from a successful and notable Houston Heights-area designer, Gilbert Perez of Bungalow Revival and Bespoke by GJCD, she put school on hold for more hands-on interior design experience. As fate would have it, two years later, the opportunity to fuse all of her fields presented itself with her position at New Leaf Real Estate.

Amy works alongside New Leaf owner and broker David Houston in nearly every aspect of purchase and sales transactions from accompanying showings, managing the inspection process, maintaining contact with clients and agents throughout the transaction and coordinating each step along the path to closing. Her energy, organization and proactive approach to client service have contributed to the success of New Leaf since joining the company in January 2016. Amy's enthusiasm for Houstonians, the city and its architecture is passed along to her clients in each and every transaction.
