Growing up in the culturally rich military city of San Antonio, Texas taught me a lot of things but the two most important things to me were how to be a good mother, and to be anything other than mediocre. The strong-will of my parents was something I cherished deeply especially the bravery, and sacrifices it took to bring us up well. I come from an exceptionally large and unique "modern family." My amazing husband and I have learned that having a good home is vital to our children's success. A large part of my family has or are currently proudly serving in the United Stated Armed Force varying from Marines, Navy, to my own sister, a disabled vet, who I admire, retired from the Army. I too was once a military spouse and know their sacrifices and how hard the process can be juggling daily life. Lauren began her real estate career with Greenwood King Properties in 2014. In 2015, she joined forces with one of Greenwood King's top producers, Cheryl Cooper. Together, they have assisted over 250 clients throughout the Greater Houston area, including West University to the Museum District, Montrose, River Oaks, Bellaire, Tanglewood, Memorial Park, Memorial, Spring Branch, Briargrove, the Heights and Garden Oaks/Oak Forest. As a consistent top producing team, Lauren and Cheryl deliver tireless dedication to every client and are known for first class service. Lauren and Cheryl closed over 33M in sales in 2021.



Prior to entering the real estate industry, Lauren was a recruiter and event planner at Bracewell, LLP, a top national law firm. Through this prior experience, Lauren sharpened her communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail, planning complex events and developing the global recruiting platform for the firm in a high stress environment. Lauren applies this unique professional experience to her client relationships in real estate today.



Lauren is a Memorial High School graduate and earned a degree in Public Relations at Louisiana State University. She and her husband are the proud parents of their two children. Lauren is also a dedicated member of the Houston Junior League and Tri Delta Houston Alumnae chapter. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her Labrador Retriever, traveling and being outdoors.

Jamie assists buyers and sellers in virtually all of Houston’s best-known neighborhoods inside and outside Loop 610, as well as suburban, master-planned communities, and rural acreage.

Not only has Jamie taught accredited real estate courses locally, she has shared her knowledge by speaking on numerous Realtor panels nationally. Her designations include the Accredited Relocation Coordinator (ARC), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and, while operating Barrere & Co., she attained her Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. As a top professional in her field, Jamie has been honored by Who’s Who in Houston Residential Real Estate, Who’s Who of American Women and Who’s Who in America.
