To say that Joni Haines knows what it takes to successfully buy or sell a home would be a gross understatement. In fact, one could say she “wrote the book.” Besides being a seasoned agent and broker for over three decades, her father worked for an oil company and her mother was a Realtor. Joni went to 19 different schools before even entering the ninth grade. She and her parents have redone and resold 40-50 homes, re-built two dozen in the Houston Heights area, and built new in Memorial as well as in Alto, New Mexico.

Joni will work harder to make everyone feel satisfied because she has “lived” the experience and moved so many times, she knows how disruptive it can be. Her goal is to make it easy and fun. The only part of her working style that trumps her organizational skills is her enthusiasm!
