I am a graduate of the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business with a bachelor's degree of business administration in Accounting as well as a master's degree in Accounting. I have been a licensed agent since 2009 and have been working closely to my mother, Lilia Cerana. I was born in Argentina and I am fluent in Spanish and English. Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. During that time she worked as the preferred lender for one of the largest builders in the city and for one of the largest lenders in the nation. She has a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage industry, which has proved to be an invaluable asset and has helped her exceed her clients' expectations. No one likes surprises during the buying or selling process, so Penny ensures that her clients' know what to expect through each step between the initial agreement to the closing.



By working in the mortgage industry for such a long time, it prepared her for selling real estate. She decided to switch to real estate in 2012 and hasn't looked back. Penny's thorough understanding of the market specifically the new home sales provides her with a unique perspective and ability to think outside the box when it comes to issues that may arise.

She is currently a member of Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Today's Houston and Surrounding markets are booming! Shirley is a native Houstonian but has called Lake Conroe home for the past 30 years. Prior to real estate, Shirley owned and operated a military packaging company for nearly two decades. Working with the directly with the military, she knows how important and imperative attention to detail, timing and excellent customer service are when creating long lasting relationships. This experience carries over to her career in real estate. During her first year in real estate in 2008 she was honored with the title "Rookie of the Year by her first real estate firm." Shirley's efforts serving her community extends far beyond providing top notch representation when a client is looking to buy or sell a property. She took a step back from being a active Realtor® for a couple of years that did not stop her from staying on top of the Real Estate Industry. She lives in April Sound with her 18 yr old daughter Breanna that she adopted at birth. When she musters up spare time, you'll find Shirley playing golf,or riding her Harley with the local Cut-n-Shoot Harley Owners Group Chapter.

Nancy started her career as a mathematics educator, and transformed her knowledge of finance, data analysis, and technology into a reliable real estate profession. She has been an investor in new and previously owned homes, architect of home renovations, landlord, property manager and real estate agent.
