Shirley Olmstead
Shirley is a native Houstonian but has called Lake Conroe home for the past 30 years. Prior to real estate, Shirley owned and operated a military packaging company for nearly two decades. Working with the directly with the military, she knows how important and imperative attention to detail, timing and excellent customer service are when creating long lasting relationships. This experience carries over to her career in real estate. During her first year in real estate in 2008 she was honored with the title "Rookie of the Year by her first real estate firm." Shirley's efforts serving her community extends far beyond providing top notch representation when a client is looking to buy or sell a property. She took a step back from being a active Realtor® for a couple of years that did not stop her from staying on top of the Real Estate Industry. She is back ready to put her expertise to work for the next buyer or seller putting her client first delivering Texas size service.
She lives in April Sound with her 18 yr old daughter Breanna that she adopted at birth. When she musters up spare time, you'll find Shirley playing golf,or riding her Harley with the local Cut-n-Shoot Harley Owners Group Chapter.
