As an agent who's a Houston native and an expert in this area, I bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and over 15 years of experience in helping homeowners purchase and sell real estate in Houston. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information on the future of the city as well as financing options. I am eager to serve you. Here are some of the things I can do for you:
Sell Your Current Home :: When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. I can take care of everything you need, from start to close. I'm your consultant on home selling tactics because oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
Purchase Your Next Home :: You need someone who knows this area inside and out! I can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. I will also negotiate the terms of the sale to get you the absolute best purchase price. Give me a call today!

Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. With past residencies in Asia, the Caribbean and multiple cities across the United States, she is well-equipped to help others looking for a new home make the best decisions when facing these same challenging circumstances. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Annie also keeps tabs on the local market for potential investment opportunities. Annie's friends and family would say she has a unique style of her own, an eye for design and a big heart. Her favorite hobbies are tennis, piano and travel. Most family vacation destinations have been chosen based on architectural significance, with the ruins of ancient Rome and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona being some of the highlights. Her worldly experiences, genuine personality, passion for her work and communication skills (native Mandarin speaker) would be an asset for anyone looking for a temporary or forever home. When Annie is not working or travelling, she spends her time outdoors with her family – an engineer husband (who has a matching passion for architecture), two active young boys and a tuxedo cat
I’m not from Texas, but I really did get here as soon as I could. Originally born and raised in Sonoma County, California, I fell in love with everything Texas, particularly Houston, and moved here in 2014 to be a part of its diversity, economy, thriving nature and friendly demeanor. Fourteen years working in the legal field, 4 years of that as a paralegal for top personal injury and probate attorneys, taught me great multitasking and organizing skills, how to maintain a professional demeanor, attention to details, and how to work well under pressure. It also nurtured and strengthened my love of helping people, which I carry with me into real estate. I particularly take great satisfaction working with renters and first time home buyers, building a relationship of trust, honesty and integrity while keeping a constant and open line of communication to mitigate stress and worry. I take the importance of home very seriously and your home is no exception. The Realtor-client relationship is one I cherish and strive to maintain long after the signing of final documents. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, running marathons, traveling, and meeting friendly folks wherever I go…not hard to do in Texas! Though my family is back in California, my Houston family consists of a supportive significant other, a little black kitty, and a funny looking dog we rescued off the street.
